Worried About Falling Behind With Your BJJ Because You Can't Train Due to Injury or Illness?
I originally prepared this guide for people dealing with Covid back in 2020.

Back then, many couldn't train at all and they were worried about losing the precious skill they had worked so hard to develop.

But if you're an "old timer" in BJJ like me then you know time off the mats is going to happen. So I treated it like any of other layoff I've experienced.

In my 20+ years of grappling I've learned a lot of useful lessons on how to deal with training layoffs due to illness or injury.

That's why I created this at-home training & study guide for this situation.

Inside the series you'll find. . .
  • Effective at-home workouts that require little to no equipment.
  • The methods I use to increase my "BJJ IQ" with videos while I'm stuck off the mats.
  • BJJ specific solo movements you can perform to keep your movement sharp while you wait for your gym to reopen.
  • The techniques I use to study BJJ videos rather than passively watch.
  • How to turn any layoff from BJJ into a beneficial "gift" that will make you better in the long run.
  • Specific stretches that target those areas of the body that get tight from BJJ training.
  • Dieting tips so you don't come back to the gym overweight and struggling.
  • How I squash panic and anxiety related feelings and maintain a focused and determined mindset.
The series will be a combination of videos along with an ebook.

Originally I was making this for my students but I figured I'd share with the BJJ community as a whole to help you guys out.
